You can get a nice dinner at many places in New Rochelle, but there’s only one place where you can get a three-course meal prepared by a culinary student. Monroe College’s Dining Lab Restaurant gives its culinary students real-world experience in preparing farm-to-table American-style food at a very reasonable price.
Seatings are at 6:30 pm, 7 pm, and 7:15 pm Tuesday through Friday. Each semester is ten weeks and the menu changes twice. You’ll be treated to chef-quality meals like pan-seared, farm-raised salmon, panko-crusted striped bass, and cider brined pork loin with potato pancakes. Are you hungry yet?
